I had the absolute seamless and wonderful Situation with selling my car to STG. I spoke with the owner and I spoke with Oliver and we came up with a fair price, we took the time to make things grow and they came and picked up my card. I have a broken foot and I could not drive my car and other dealerships lost out because they chose not to come pick my car up. Thank you. STG for being so bitchen!

I wanted to update my review. Anytime someone can turn a situation around that is excellent Customer Service! Anthony who sold me my youngest daughter's 1st car happen to answer the phone. I called on a Sunday fussing at the sweet young lady I like her name is Cassie. When I say excellent Customer Service under pressure she was amazing. I was so mean because someone else made a mistake and it didn't get fixed. I hung up on her and Anthony answered he remembered me and got me to calm down. He reassured me that everything was going to be fixed. He called me MONDAY with an update. I was able to speak with the GM DAVE who actually was a pretty cool dude. He apologized for his staff dropping the ball and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Anthony has always had the best most welcoming personality and he is the fixer, the man that understands the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE and follow through. Anthony will not lie to you nor give you the run around. I wish he would have been there when my Dad purchased my Lil Sister's 1st real car. All her cars have been bucks but this time she stepped it up with the help of her Dad and STG! Just make sure you go see my guy ANTHONY. Please be nice to CASSIE when you call.
